Absolutely nothing. Provided that all the terms of the mandate have been met.

Strictly speaking, we do not, as we are confident that our fee structure, expertise, experience and targeted marketing channels (online and through existing data bases) will vastly increase the likelihood of the sale of your home. However, sole mandates are preferable and should be viewed as an employment contract, protecting the employer (you, the seller) and employee (us, your agent) equally.
